MISSION

With almost two decades of experience in finance – both on Wall Street and in private family offices – investments, operations, and construction, the team at Rudimental has invested in over $500 million across several asset classes including retail, office, and medical office properties throughout the US.  We have negotiated leases with global franchises and have improved on approximately 150,000 square feet of retail space over the years.

We believe our expertise in finance and investments sets us apart from the crowd as we approach every deal from a cost and risk perspective.  If we can understand a significant portion of the risks associated with an asset and take these into consideration during the investment process, the upside will take care of itself.  This philosophy can be applied to construction, especially time sensitive tenant improvements.  The attention to details, having foresight, and being strategic in our process helps mitigate downside risks for our clients.
