ENGINEERING & PLANNING

We collaborate with top-tier engineers to ensure every detail is structurally sound, code-compliant, and tailored to the site, from geology to local conditions. From there, we coordinate the full A&E plan set and manage the city submission process through approval.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION

Pre-construction is where we protect the outcome. We refine budget and schedule, align trade partners, and secure long-lead materials with a disciplined procurement plan, so decisions are made early and execution stays smooth on site.

BUILD

This is where design intent is protected down to the last detail. Rudimental Co. leads the build with hands-on site leadership, disciplined sequencing, and rigorous finish standards, coordinating trades so every junction, reveal, and material transition lands exactly as planned. You’ll receive clear milestone updates and a direct line to decision-makers, ensuring quality stays consistent through final punch and turnover.

TURNOVER

We finish with a detailed walkthrough and a final quality pass to ensure every element meets our standard and yours. Closeout is handled with care, clean documentation, and a space that’s truly ready to live in, work in, or open to the public. Built right, or not at all.

ON GOING MAINTENANCE 

We’re committed to long-term relationships and continued stewardship of the spaces we deliver. With a white-glove, concierge approach, we handle ongoing maintenance and proactive touch-ups to ensure your space continues to look and perform as it did on day one.
