Our role is to bring clarity at the front end, so the field phase is defined by execution, not improvisation. Rudimental Co. oversaw the buildout of this major retail project, transforming the space into a polished East Coast flagship that reflects the brand’s West Coast roots while meeting the pace, visibility, and design expectations of downtown Manhattan. The project required careful coordination across construction, finishes, fixtures, and retail functionality, balancing Undefeated’s signature streetwear identity with a more refined New York presence.
