Renovation of stand-alone guest house with private kitchen and bath within historic preservation zone of Hancock Park, Los Angeles Hancock Park Guest House Renovation A thoughtful renovation of a stand-alone guest house located within the historic preservation zone of Hancock Park, Los Angeles. The project transformed the secondary structure into a refined, self-contained living space with a private kitchen and bath, balancing modern comfort with the character and architectural sensitivity required of one of L.A.’s most historic residential neighborhoods. Designed to feel elevated, functional, and quietly luxurious, the guest house was updated with a careful eye toward proportion, finish, and livability. Every detail was approached with respect for the property’s setting, creating a polished retreat that feels connected to the larger estate while offering privacy, flexibility, and a fully independent residential experience.
