Undefeated, the Los Angeles-based sneaker and streetwear boutique, expanded to New York City with its first Manhattan location in Soho, which opened in September 2023. Rudimental Co. oversaw the buildout of this major retail project, transforming the space into a polished East Coast flagship that reflects the brand’s West Coast roots while meeting the pace, visibility, and design expectations of downtown Manhattan.

The project required careful coordination across construction, finishes, fixtures, and retail functionality, balancing Undefeated’s signature streetwear identity with a more refined New York presence. From the front-of-house shopping experience to the back-of-house operations, the space was built to support a high-traffic retail environment while maintaining the clean, elevated, and brand-forward aesthetic Undefeated is known for.
