WINDSOR SQUARE RESIDENCE
Hancock Park, Los Angeles
A high-end remodel of a classic Hancock Park estate, thoughtfully updated with the level of care historic homes require. Rudimental Co. reimagined the kitchen, pantry, primary suite, walk-in closet, baths, mudroom, flooring, and outdoor spaces, preserving the home’s original character while elevating it with custom finishes, improved flow, and a more refined sense of modern luxury.
HOMER
Minimalist futurism lands in the heart of L.A.
In the Downtown jewelry district of Los Angeles, Rudimental Co. delivered the new Homer boutique, the brand’s West Coast anchor following its New York and London locations. The space embodies Homer’s signature aesthetic of clean geometry, bold materials, and cinematic precision. Every element was crafted to reflect the brand’s balance of art and architecture, resulting in a refined, futuristic environment that feels distinctly L.A.
UNDEFEATED NEW YORK
New York City
In September 2023, Undefeated opened its first New York City store in Soho, marking a major East Coast milestone for the Los Angeles streetwear staple. Rudimental Co. helped guide the delivery of the space, ensuring the build matched the brand’s vision with precise coordination, thoughtful sequencing, and a high level of finish. The project reflects our ability to bring a consistent, elevated standard to complex retail work across markets.
AESOP - ABBOT KINNEY
Venice, California
Rudimental Co. led the redesign of Aesop’s Abbot Kinney store in Venice, CA, shaping a quieter, more refined expression of the brand’s understated luxury. The space was thoughtfully rebalanced to feel more open and intentional, with the signature sink elevated as a central ritual moment. The result is an atmosphere that’s calm, tactile, and distinctly Aesop.
PRIVATE RESIDENCE
Mid-Century Modern Renovation
This project involved the complete renovation of a 1963 ranch-style home nestled in the hills of the San Fernando Valley. Our team, in collaboration with the client/designer, transformed the space by stripping it down to the studs and implementing custom millwork and cabinetry. The kitchen was expanded, while original mid-century motifs were preserved. The updated design introduced refreshed color palettes and a contemporary aesthetic, reflecting a cleaner, more modern approach.

2/ CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
We support concept development by coordinating closely with your architect, or pairing you with a preferred partner who understands the level of design you’re aiming for.
3/ ENGINEERING & PLANNING
We collaborate with top-tier engineers to ensure every detail is structurally sound, code-compliant, and tailored to the site, from geology to local conditions. From there, we coordinate the full A&E plan set and manage the city submission process through approval.
