Based in Los Angeles, Rudimental Co. is a licensed general contractor, providing our clients with the adeptness of a large-scale firm, while maintaining a boutique approach with top-down involvement. Our process places an emphasis on proper strategic planning and budgeting through the critical pre-construction phase where we alleviate the potential conflicts that often arise during construction.

PRIVATE RESIDENCE
Mid-Century Modern Renovation
This project involved the complete renovation of a 1963 ranch-style home nestled in the hills of the San Fernando Valley. Our team, in collaboration with the client/designer, transformed the space by stripping it down to the studs and implementing custom millwork and cabinetry. The kitchen was expanded, while original mid-century motifs were preserved. The updated design introduced refreshed color palettes and a contemporary aesthetic, reflecting a cleaner, more modern approach.
UNDEFEATED NEW YORK
New York City
Undefeated, the Los Angeles-based sneaker and streetwear boutique, opened its first store in New York City in the Soho neighborhood of downtown Manhattan in September 2023.

Rudimental Co. has built a strong relationship with Undefeated over the years, and had the opportunity to bring the founder’s vision to life for this one-of-a-kind private gym.
The space demanded both form and functionality. Drawing inspiration from the simplicity of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and the rigor of the Special Forces.

1/ SITE VISIT
We'll familiarize ourselves with the existing conditions and discuss how we can be of assistance. This applies whether you possess a rough draft, finalized blueprints, or simply a concept of your envisioned project.
2/ CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
We can either collaborate with the architect of your choosing or introduce you to one of our preferred partners, specifically selected to align with your creative vision.
3/ ENGINEERING & PLANNING
During this phase, we will work in tandem with top-tier engineers to ensure compliance with local codes and laws, considering geology and climate factors. Following that, we will complete and submit all A&E (Architectural and Engineering) plans to the city for approval.
