Rudimental Co. oversaw the buildout of this major retail project, transforming the space into a polished East Coast flagship that reflects the brand’s West Coast roots while meeting the pace, visibility, and design expectations of downtown Manhattan. A refined full-home remodel of a classic Los Angeles residence, thoughtfully reimagined to feel more open and polished WINDSOR SQUARE RESIDENCE Hancock Park, Los Angeles A refined full-home remodel of a classic Los Angeles residence, thoughtfully reimagined to feel more open, polished, and deeply livable. What began as a traditional home was transformed through a series of carefully considered upgrades, from opened doorways and a more graceful interior flow to a richly detailed kitchen anchored by a custom stucco hood, reconfigured pantry, and luxury appliances. The dining room was finished in Roman clay, adding warmth and texture, while the original solid wood floors were restored to preserve the home’s character. Throughout the residence, the baths, primary suite, newly created walk-in closet, upstairs laundry, mudroom, and outdoor spaces were all redesigned with a high-end point of view. Elevated materials, upgraded systems, and custom detailing bring a more luxurious rhythm to the home while honoring the timeless quality of the original architecture. Set along one of Los Angeles’ most recognizable shopping streets, the space was designed to feel less like a temporary installation and more like a natural extension of the Réalisation Par world. Every detail was considered to support the customer experience, from the flow of the store and product presentation to the finishes, lighting, and atmosphere that made the space feel warm, polished, and memorable.
